Job Title: Production Associate / Machine Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an entry-level Production Associate to operate high-speed printing and mail insertion equipment to process customer statements and correspondence.

Responsibilities:

• Operate printing and mail insertion machines.
• Perform machine setup and routine quality inspections.
• Ensure production accuracy and meet daily targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S/Lean principles.
• Complete production logs and basic paperwork.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors.

Requirements:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (1+ year).
• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
• Good attendance, punctuality, and willingness to work flexible shifts.
• Ability to read and follow basic English instructions.

Note: Entry-level role; training will be provided on printing and insertion equipment.
