Header Machine Operator / Cold Heading Production Operator
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Pay Range: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

Position Summary
A confidential fastener manufacturing company is seeking Header Machine Operators / Cold Heading Production Operators to support fastener production. This role operates or assists with header machinery used to form metal fastener components. Entry-level candidates will be considered based on reliability, mechanical aptitude, and willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate header machines or related production equipment used in fastener manufacturing.
- Load materials and monitor production output.
- Inspect parts for basic quality, defects, and production consistency.
- Follow work orders, production instructions, and supervisor direction.
- Maintain production flow and report machine or material issues.
- Complete basic production paperwork as required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Support overtime as required.
Required Qualifications
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
Preferred Qualifications
- Manufacturing, machine operation, or production experience.
- Fastener, cold heading, metal forming, or industrial production experience.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills.
Compensation
Entry-level candidates: $20.00 per hour. Candidates with relevant experience: $22.50 per hour.
