Brake Press Operator

Location: Rogers, MN
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour DOE
Schedule: Full-Time | Overtime Available | Occasional Saturdays Required

We are seeking an experienced Brake Press Machine Operator to join a growing manufacturing team in Rogers, MN. This position is responsible for setting up and operating press brake equipment to produce high-quality metal components while maintaining strict safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has previous press brake experience, can read blueprints, and is committed to producing precise, quality work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Set up and operate press brake machines according to production specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings
• Produce quality parts that meet dimensional and customer requirements
• Perform machine adjustments and tooling changes as needed
• Inspect finished parts to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications
• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and quality standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
• Follow all company safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures
• Assist with additional production duties as assigned

• Previous press brake setup and operation experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings
• Experience using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
