Generator Technician

GENERATOR TECHNICIAN NEEDED: Residential and commercial generators *Kohler and/or Generac experience preferred*

Qualifications:

• Core understanding of engine diagnostics and AC/DC electrical systems
• Manufacturer knowledge of Kohler (or Generac) generator systems
• Ability to communicate your work with customers in an understandable way
• Valid driver's license (local geographic familiarity preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance (oil and filter changes) and inspections
• Preventatively diagnose system issues or damaged/worn parts
• Submit Service Tickets that document the work performed, parts used, diagnostics, and clear recommendations for solution (if applicable)

Schedule & Provisions

• Monday - Friday (occasional emergency on-call)
• Company service van and primary tools provided
• Access to ordering manufacturer parts as needed
• Office collaboration for administrative needs
