Position: Warehouse Associate
Pay: $21.00/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Location: Lebanon, IN
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Warehouse Associate to start IMMEDIATELY at $21/hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently
- Receive, stock, and verify inbound orders, noting discrepancies and damages
- Process inbound and outbound orders using RF scanners following SOPs
- Verify inventory accuracy and inspect for damage during trailer loads/unloads
- Perform inventory cycle counts with high accuracy and assist with re-warehousing
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Monitor and report equipment damage or operational issues
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills
- Basic math skills and good organizational abilities
- Commitment to working overtime, including weekends, as needed
- Forklift experience or willingness to learn and operate warehouse equipment
