Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing/Communications Coordinator to support product data accuracy and coordination efforts for a food manufacturing organization in Frisco, Texas. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at managing high-volume information, working independently, and maintaining precise records across customer-facing platforms. In this role, you will help ensure product details remain current, compliant, and accessible to internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update product information in external platforms, including Syndigo, to support customer and distributor access.
• Enter and revise key item details such as UPCs, ingredients, allergen statements, descriptions, and new product information.
• Monitor product records for completeness and accuracy, investigating inconsistencies and resolving data issues promptly.
• Provide timely product information support to internal teams and coordinate responses to business requests.
• Help safeguard compliance by ensuring published product content is accurate and up to date across all assigned systems.
• Manage a steady volume of data-related tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and quality standards.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to keep product content aligned with current business needs.• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets and detailed information.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in data entry and record management.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and take corrective action independently.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to customer-facing product information platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple requests and priorities effectively.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in marketing coordination, communications support, project coordination, or operations coordination is preferred.
