Job Title: Manufacturing Rework Operator
Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85193
Employment Type: W2 Contract – 9 Months with Possibility for Extensions
Pay Rate: $17.00–$19.50/hour – Based on experience (Paid Weekly)
Work Model: 100% Onsite
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

Role Overview
BEPC is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Rework Operator to support our client's manufacturing operations in Casa Grande, AZ.
This position focuses on product inspection, rework, labeling, packaging, and production support to ensure raw materials and finished products meet established quality standards.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, follows manufacturing procedures, and is comfortable working across multiple production lines.
This opportunity is well suited for individuals interested in manufacturing, production, quality inspection, and packaging operations. The position operates under moderate supervision and may involve working in a cleanroom environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards.
- Perform product rework activities to correct identified issues and ensure finished products meet specifications.
- Label, package, and prepare products according to manufacturing procedures.
- Identify and communicate product defects, labeling discrepancies, or packaging issues.
- Follow established quality control procedures and manufacturing work instructions.
- Maintain accurate manufacturing records in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), when required.
- Support production line operations when rework activities are not needed.
- Assist with various manufacturing processes to meet production schedules and operational requirements.
- Work across different production lines as assigned.
- Handle materials and finished products carefully to maintain product quality.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and established cleanliness standards.
- Work in a cleanroom environment when required.
- Collaborate with production team members and supervisors to achieve quality and manufacturing goals.
- Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently under moderate supervision.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to perform product inspection, labeling, packaging, and rework activities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Ability to follow written manufacturing instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and safety guidelines.
- Ability to identify product defects and report quality concerns.
- Willingness to support multiple manufacturing processes and production lines.
- Ability to maintain accurate manufacturing documentation in accordance with GMP requirements, when applicable.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dependable work ethic and ability to complete assigned tasks under moderate supervision.
- Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment, when required.
- Ability to work fully onsite in Casa Grande, AZ, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, packaging, or product rework.
- Experience performing visual product inspections or quality checks.
- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and manufacturing documentation.
- Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled manufacturing environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing production priorities and assist across multiple manufacturing lines.
