The selected candidate will work with the Los Angeles engineering team, developing structural solutions, managing projects, leading design reviews, coordinating teams, and supporting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop structural engineering solutions for complex building projects.
- Manage engineering projects and teams.
- Manage project budgets and financial aspects.
- Perform QA/QC design and drawing reviews.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Support marketing and business development activities.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior engineers.
- Contribute to engineering design standards and AI/automation initiatives.
- Coordinate project delivery and engineering activities.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of structural design experience.
- Master's degree specializing in Structural Engineering.
- Active California Structural Engineer (S.E.) license – Mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of seismic design principles and structural dynamics.
- Working knowledge of California Building Code.
- Experience with relevant engineering standards, including AISC, ACI, and NDS.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects, teams, and deadlines.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings.

- Post-Tensioned Concrete
- Reinforced Concrete
- Wood Structures
- Masonry Structures
- Structural Steel
