The Karp Group is hiring an experienced High-Level Executive Assistant to work closely with its leadership. You’ll manage the executive’s calendar, communications, and commitments while helping clients feel well cared for. This position calls for sound judgment, discretion, and the confidence to act before being asked.

Compensation

  • $55,000–$65,000 annually

Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Manage a complex calendar, confirm appointments, and prepare the executive for meetings and client conversations.
  • Screen incoming requests, respond where appropriate, and bring time-sensitive decisions to the executive’s attention.
  • Draft correspondence and follow up with clients, vendors, and business contacts.
  • Track commitments, deadlines, and next steps so important matters receive timely attention.
  • Assemble meeting notes, reports, and documents for leadership.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and occasional personal logistics when connected to the executive’s schedule.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Notice potential scheduling conflicts or service gaps early and recommend a practical way forward.

Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting a business owner, executive, or senior real estate professional.
  • Excellent writing, calendar management, and prioritization skills.
  • A calm, polished presence with clients and colleagues.
  • Good judgment about what you can handle directly and what requires the executive’s input.
  • The ability to adapt when plans change while keeping promises and deadlines in view.
  • Familiarity with residential real estate is strongly preferred.
