Full Time / Part Time Valet
Oak Ridge Country Club is seeking qualified individuals who are interested in working in an upscale hospitality environment. An exemplary work ethic, scrupulous attention to detail and a passion for providing outstanding customer service are necessary for all applicants.
JOB SUMMARY
If you are out-going, friendly, dedicated, charming, and committed to high standards of customer service with attention to detail, we invite you to join our team. Valets must be able to create a welcoming atmosphere by being attentive to members and guests; and are key to helping create that first impression of our club.
Valet Functions:
Assist members and guests with golf bags, packages, gifts for parties
Help members and guests in and out of automobiles
Open lobby door; greet members and guests as they enter the building
Issue and collect automobile claim tickets
Maintain a clean and safe entrance and parking areas
Communicate with management staff with information about To-Go orders
Maintain a clean and organized Valet Room
Notify Manager immediately if there are any incidents
Reports to the Assistant Golf Professional
Essential Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have valid driver’s license
High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
Available to work weekends, evening shifts and major holidays
Requires standing / (running at times), walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
Able to lift up to 30 pounds without assistance
