We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations while rotating across receiving, order fulfillment, inventory, shipping, and material-handling functions. Reporting to the Vice President, this role offers cross-training across warehouse functions and contributes to an organized, accurate, and efficient operation.
Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming materials and products.
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment.
- Prepare and ship customer orders using established procedures.
- Perform inventory counts and support stock replenishment.
- Handle materials safely throughout the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and use barcode-scanning equipment as required.
- Maintain warehouse organization and support efficient workflow across rotating functions.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in warehouse operations.
- Experience with inventory management, material handling, order picking, packing, and shipping.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems and barcode scanning.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms.
