Are you an experienced LPN or RN who enjoys patient care but is ready to take the next step in leadership?

We are looking for a Clinical Supervisor to join our growing ENT practice and play an important role in both our clinical operations and team development. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for a nurse who enjoys being involved in patient care while also mentoring staff, improving workflows, and helping create an exceptional experience for patients and providers.

Working closely with our ENT physicians and practice leadership, you will help lead our Medical Assistant team, coordinate day-to-day clinical operations, support efficient patient flow, and ensure our clinical teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed.

This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN or RN who is organized, approachable, solutions-oriented, and passionate about developing others while continuing to use their clinical skills.

What You'll DoLead & Support the Clinical Team
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to Medical Assistants and clinical support staff.
  • Build staff schedules and coordinate coverage across clinic locations.
  • Help recruit, onboard, orient, and train new Medical Assistants.
  • Coach and mentor team members to support their professional growth and success.
  • Create a positive, collaborative environment centered around teamwork, accountability, and exceptional patient care.
  • Serve as a trusted clinical resource for staff, physicians, and patients.
  • Partner with physicians and practice leadership to identify opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency, and the patient experience.
Stay Connected to Patient Care

This isn't a desk-only leadership position. You'll remain actively involved in the clinical environment while helping the team operate at its best.

  • Collaborate closely with ENT physicians and providers to support efficient patient flow.
  • Room patients and obtain vital signs, health histories, medication reviews, and other clinical information.
  • Document patient encounters, treatment plans, procedures, and clinical information in the EMR.
  • Process prescription refill requests and medication communications under physician direction.
  • Assist providers with in-office ENT services and procedures, including ear cleanings, nasal endoscopy preparation, allergy testing support, and minor procedures within scope of licensure.
  • Perform injections, specimen collection, wound care, medication administration, and patient education as appropriate.
  • Educate patients about medications, treatment plans, procedures, and follow-up care.
  • Help maintain high standards for infection prevention, HIPAA compliance, OSHA requirements, and clinical protocols.
Help Keep the Practice Running Smoothly
  • Oversee medical supply ordering and inventory across clinic locations.
  • Ensure clinical areas remain organized, appropriately stocked, and ready for patient care.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding clinical equipment and supply needs.

  • Support the implementation of policies, procedures, and clinical best practices.

  • At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience in a physician practice, specialty clinic, ambulatory care setting, or similar environment.
  • Previous leadership experience, which may include supervisory, charge nurse, team lead, or similar responsibilities.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows and patient care operations.
  • Experience working with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to stay organized and lead effectively in a busy, fast-paced practice.

You'll thrive here if you're someone who:

  • Enjoys being both a leader and a clinician.
  • Builds trust with physicians, staff, and patients.
  • Likes coaching others and helping a team grow.
  • Can see a workflow problem and naturally starts thinking about how to improve it.
  • Stays calm, organized, and approachable when the clinic gets busy.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to do more than manage a schedule or oversee daily tasks. You'll have the ability to shape how our clinical team works together and how our patients experience their care.

As our Clinical Supervisor, you'll work closely with physicians and practice leadership, mentor and develop clinical staff, remain engaged in hands-on patient care, and have a voice in improving the way our practice operates.
