Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Hillsboro, OR. Monday – Friday, 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

Industry: Transportation and Logistics

Pay: $24 - 26 an hour

Benefits: This position is eligible for Medical , Vision, Dental, and 401k.

Summary:

The CSR is responsible for building rapport and trust with clients by delivering exceptional service to them consistently. Customer Service Agent are responsible for accurate and timely data entry of shipping and receiving information for single and/or multiple Customers. CSRs are also responsible for accurate and timely order processing to support the efficient operation of the site.

Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and shipping/receiving information into company systems.
• Perform quality checks and verify data accuracy.
• Prepare shipment paperwork, labels, reports, and related documentation.
• Run and print shipments from the WMS.
• Review inventory availability and special order requests.
• Track and expedite orders as needed.
• Assist drivers at the check-in window.
• Respond to customer emails, calls, inquiries, and complaints.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and other departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Verify documentation supporting invoicing, returns, and credits.
• Maintain organized records and files.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in logistics managing client communications
• SAP S/4 Hana or another SAP system is required
• High School degree or equivalent is required
