Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll help manufacture precision components used in the aerospace and defense industries while developing your machining skills alongside experienced professionals.

Responsibilities include:

• Operating CNC milling machines to produce precision-machined parts
• Learning advanced 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining operations
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and engineering drawings
• Performing quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
• Loading materials and monitoring machine performance
• Assisting with machine setups, fixtures, vises, and tooling
• Following aerospace manufacturing and quality standards
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment

• Previous experience operating CNC machines
• Manufacturing or machine shop experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Reliable attendance and dependability
• Ability to read and follow work instructions
• Desire to learn and grow within a machining environment

• CNC mill experience
• Aerospace manufacturing experience
• Blueprint reading skills
• Experience using micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, or height gauges
• Understanding of GD&T
• Experience machining aluminum or aerospace components

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Auburn, WA.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
