We're looking for dependable, safety-minded Material Handlers to join our warehouse team in North East, PA. Our facility is conveniently located along the bus route, making transportation to and from work easier.
What You'll Do
- As a Material Handler, you'll play an important role in keeping our warehouse operation moving. You'll operate forklifts and other equipment, handle incoming and outgoing products, prepare customer orders, and help maintain an organized and safe workplace.
- Safely load, unload, move, stack, stage, and store products using sit-down/stand-up forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments and verify product quantities, lot numbers, codes, and condition for accuracy and quality.
- Pick, prepare, palletize, wrap, and stage customer orders for shipment.
- Assist with product repacking and display-pack operations, including sorting, packing, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing products.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with physical inventories, and follow proper stock-rotation procedures.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and operate all equipment according to established safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and promptly report product, equipment, or inventory issues.
- Support other warehouse activities as needed to help the team meet customer and operational goals.

Requirements:
What We're Looking For
- Previous forklift experience Required.
- Commitment to safe equipment operation and workplace practices.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the shift and frequently bend, stoop, kneel, push, pull, climb, and reach.
- Ability to lift and carry products weighing approximately 10–60 lbs.
- Ability to work indoors, outdoors, and in varying warehouse and trailer temperatures.
- Ability to speak, read, and understand English as required to safely perform the position.
