Production Machine Operator

Looking for steady, full-time work with a Monday–Friday schedule? A leading manufacturing facility in Winchester is looking for dependable Production Associates to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has experience with tools or manufacturing, and wants to build their skills with a company that values quality, teamwork, and safety.

Pay: $20.00-$21.00/hr

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 2:45 PM–11:00 PM

Position: Full-Time

Overtime: Occasional, as needed

What You'll Do

• Assemble and fabricate components according to detailed specifications
• Operate injection molding equipment and production machinery
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain production quality
• Operate valves and machine controls to regulate material flow and production processes
• Safely operate hand and power tools
• Work alongside a team to meet daily production goals
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
• Identify and report machine malfunctions or production issues
• Handle materials and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Operate a forklift when required
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

What We're Looking For

We're looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in their work and are comfortable in a hands-on production environment.

• Must be able to read a tape measure and accurately convert fractions
• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred
• Experience with injection molding or machine operation is a plus
• Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting knowledge is a plus
• Ability to lift heavier materials and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards
