We are seeking a Commercial Plumber to support new commercial construction and building renovation projects at Livingston construction sites. As part of a large mechanical team and in close collaboration with mechanical subcontractors, this role focuses on installing, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial plumbing systems while maintaining code compliance. The position offers a path toward journeyman progression. Licensed plumbers will receive top pay.
Responsibilities
- Install commercial plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Ensure plumbing work complies with applicable codes.
- Test plumbing systems, including hydrostatic testing.
- Troubleshoot system issues and complete repair work.
- Collaborate with mechanical subcontractors and the larger mechanical team.
- Support new commercial construction and building renovation projects at local job sites.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of commercial plumbing experience.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Knowledge of commercial plumbing systems.
- Blueprint reading skills.
- Understanding of plumbing code compliance.
- Experience with hydrostatic testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
