About the Role

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing custom woodworking projects and a strong understanding of project coordination from design through installation.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of projects from kickoff through completion
• Obtain and verify field dimensions according to project requirements
• Review drawings and coordinate with design, production, and installation teams
• Utilize AutoCAD to interpret and manage project drawings
• Purchase non-stock materials and coordinate deliveries to support project and production schedules
• Monitor production progress and ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction environment - preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Location

• On-site position in Whitestown, IN 46075
• Must be able to reliably commute to the work location
• Relocation required prior to start date if not currently local
