Modern Molding is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for 3rd shift. Modern Molding is a plastic injection molding company located in Delano.
Job requirements include, but are not limited to:
- Training, developing and supervising production personnel.
- Responsibilities include the daily assignment of work, individual instruction specific to the work assignment, and ongoing verification of the performance of each individual worker.
- Oversee all activities of the shift and set priorities to the schedule.
- Responsible for plant safety, security, housekeeping and enforcing all Modern Molding company policies on their shift.
- Completion of all necessary paperwork including reviews, transfers, attendance records, production reporting or as assigned.
- Complete special projects as assigned.
- Review operational, maintenance and quality problems.
Skills/Requirements:
- 5+ years supervising in a manufacturing setting.
- Basic mechanical aptitude required. Experience with Sonic Welding, Drill Presses etc. a plus.
- Must have necessary tools to perform the job.
- Injection Molding processing and set up skills are a plus, but not required._
