Production/ (CSR) EXPERIENCED

Cardinal ColorGroup is a family-owned commercial printing and mailing company looking for an organized, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our production team.
This role connects our customers, sales staff, and production departmentshelping turn customer specifications into clear job instructions and keeping projects moving accurately and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Manage print and mailing projects from order entry through final delivery.
- Review job specifications, customer files, quantities, materials, and delivery requirements for accuracy and completeness.
- Create and maintain job tickets with clear instructions for each production department.
- Coordinate proofs, customer approvals, schedules, and changes throughout the production process.
- Work closely with estimating, purchasing, prepress, press, bindery, mailing, and shipping.
- Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers and internal staff.
- Identify potential issues early and help resolve them before they affect quality or delivery.
- Maintain accurate job records and prepare completed jobs for billing.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a busy production environment.
- A dependable team player who takes ownership and follows through.
- Comfort working with computers, Microsoft Office, and job management software.
- Experience in commercial printing, direct mail, production coordination, or print customer service preferred.
- Familiarity with EFI Monarch or another print management system is a plus.
