Warehouse Associate

We are currently hiring Warehouse Associates for our manufacturing and packaging operations in. This position involves general labor, packaging, palletizing, quality inspection, cleaning, and supporting daily production activities.

The ideal candidate should be dependable, hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures.

• Perform general manual labor and production support duties.

• Stack and unstack products and build pallets.

• Place bottles into boxes and prepare products for packaging.

• Cut and remove straps, plastic wrapping, and packaging materials.

• Clean, inspect, and rework bottles and labels as needed.

• Perform quality inspections on the production line.

• Apply stickers, ribbons, designs, and other promotional items to bottles and boxes.

• Clean machinery and equipment using tools such as scrapers, wipes, brooms, and squeegees.

• Repair damaged or substandard packaging, including relabeling bottles and restacking boxes.

• Load production equipment with packaging supplies.

• Move and dispose of garbage and recycling materials.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS), and 5S guidelines.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.

• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs.

• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform manual handling tasks.

• Comfortable working in a manufacturing and production environment.
