About Our Practice

Holistic Integration is a privately owned practice with more than 40 years of history serving the Indianapolis community. We combine functional medicine and structural care to help patients better understand their health and pursue personalized goals.

Our approach recognizes the connections among the body’s systems, physical function, nutrition, and lifestyle. We use diagnostic testing, hands-on care, education, and ongoing follow-up to help patients understand their recommendations and take an active role in their health.

Our multidisciplinary team includes a nurse practitioner, chiropractor, functional health professionals, and other care providers. Our practice continues to draw on his decades of experience through ongoing team training and case review.

We’re seeking an RN who wants meaningful clinical responsibility and the opportunity to learn.

Working directly with our nurse practitioner, you’ll provide diagnostic testing, IV therapy, patient education, and care coordination while building relationships with the people you serve.

Previous holistic or functional medicine experience is welcome but not required. We provide paid training and value strong clinical judgment, curiosity, and a thoughtful approach to patient care.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate directly with our nurse practitioner to implement individualized care plans.
• Perform nursing assessments and identify concerns requiring provider attention.
• Perform blood draws, collect specimens, and coordinate laboratory testing.
• Complete in-office diagnostic testing after training.
• Initiate and administer ordered IV therapies within your license, competency, and practice protocols.
• Assess and monitor patients during treatment and respond to concerns according to clinical protocols.
• Educate patients about provider-directed care, preparation instructions, and follow-up.
• Track diagnostic results, communicate patient updates, and coordinate next steps.
• Maintain accurate documentation and organized clinical spaces.
• Expand your understanding of how nutrition, lifestyle, diagnostics, and clinical treatments contribute to whole-person care.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Indiana RN license or authorization to practice in Indiana.
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong clinical judgment, assessment skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Initiative, reliability, and the ability to prioritize patient needs.
• A collaborative attitude and interest in whole-person care.
• Phlebotomy, IV insertion, and infusion experience preferred.
