Project Coordinator – Multifamily Construction

Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedProject Coordinatorwith a background in multifamily construction to support residential development projects in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience working with general contractors on multifamily projects, including apartment complexes, condominiums, or mixed-use developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with coordinating multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
- Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, contracts, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
- Track project timelines, budgets, material deliveries, and construction milestones.
- Assist with purchase orders, invoicing, and subcontractor documentation.
- Maintain organized project records using construction management software.
- Support project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and turnover documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction project coordination experience.
- Multifamily construction experience required.
- Experience working with a general contractor strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of multifamily construction processes, project documentation, and scheduling.
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, or similar software preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Compensation
$155,000–$160,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
