Crew Driver & Job Site Helper
We are looking for a dependable, respectful Driver / Laborer to transport our crew of skilled craftsmen to and from job sites, and lend a hand on-site during the workday.
What You’ll Do
- Drive crew members to and from job sites safely and on time (occasional out-of-town travel required).
- Help load, unload, and stage tools, lumber, and materials.
- Keep job sites clean, orderly, and safe throughout the day.
- Handle general helper tasks and odd jobs to assist the craftsmen.
- Keep the work vehicle clean and perform basic safety checks.
What We’re Looking For
- Clean driving record and a valid driver's license (required).
- Current DOT medical card, or willingness to get one upon hire (paid/assisted).
- Professional and reliable attitude with punctual daily attendance.
- Physical fitness to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors on active job sites.
- Experience towing or backing up trailers is a plus.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday (early mornings; travel per diem provided for overnight trips).
