? 10% Shift Differential on 2nd Shift

Join a growing precision manufacturer producing critical components for aerospace, industrial, and advanced technology applications!

? Perform visual and dimensional inspections on machined components
? Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, rulers, and CMM equipment
? Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
? Document inspection results and maintain quality records
? Identify and report non-conforming parts and materials
? Support root cause investigations and corrective actions
? Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives

• 1-3 years of quality inspection or manufacturing experience
• CMM experience required
• Proficiency with precision measuring tools
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience inspecting CNC-machined components is highly preferred

1st Shift
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

2nd Shift
Monday-Thursday | 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Friday | 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
