Position: Customer Service Representative
Pay: $22.00 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Location: Franklin, IN

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Customer Service Representative to start IMMEDIATELY at $22.00 per hour. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
• Provide quotes, order updates, and status reports
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Process paperwork for repair and OEM orders
• Coordinate with internal teams to support customer satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Aerospace or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize workload

• Strong communication and problem-solving
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Microsoft Office proficiency, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Customer account and pricing data management
• Decision-making and workload prioritization
