CNC Machine Operator - Entry Level/ Weekly pay

$19–$21 per hour DOE | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

We're looking for a motivated Machine Shop Team Member to join our growing team!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

You'll play an important role in keeping our production team running smoothly by creating quality machined parts that support our assembly operations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Operating CNC mills, lathes, and other shop equipment.
• Processing raw materials into finished machined parts.
• Cleaning, finishing, and deburring completed parts.
• Using hand tools and measuring instruments to ensure quality.
• Following machine operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Keeping your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Inspecting your work and communicating any errors or damaged materials to management.
• Working alongside the machine shop and assembly teams to meet production goals.
• Helping wherever needed to keep operations moving efficiently.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a machine shop/manufacturing environment.
• Basic understanding of tools and measuring equipment is helpful.
• Knowledge of different metal types is a plus.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
