TMB is seeking a Mid-Level Management Analystto lead management consulting and organizational improvement initiatives supporting Navy customers at NSWC Port Hueneme Division (PHD). This position is contingent on award of a task order from the Warfare Center.
Responsibilities
- Lead management analysis projects and organizational studies.
- Design and implement performance measurement systems.
- Conduct comprehensive business process improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder working groups.
- Develop recommendations and present findings to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
- Minimum five (5) years of professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading organizational improvement efforts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Active Secret Security Clearance required.
