Join our production team in Villa Rica, GA 30180, where you’ll help get highquality concrete products out the door. As a Concrete Packaging Line Operator, you’ll keep the bagging line running smoothly, protect product quality, and support efficient shipping.
A Day in This Role
- Set up and run automated bagging equipment to package concrete mixes with accuracy and speed.
- Keep a close eye on the line to maintain quality standards, making adjustments as needed.
- Examine finished bags for defects and confirm secure seals before palletizing.
- Keep your station clean and orderly while following all safety procedures.
- Stage and help load finished, bagged product onto pallets for shipment.
- Work closely with teammates to hit production targets and timelines.
- Flag equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors right away.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Background in manufacturing or warehouse settings is a plus.
- Comfort operating machinery and consistently following safety rules.
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Clear communication skills and a team-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.
