Pay Rate: $23.70/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 1–2 years of manufacturing or machine operator experience
Seeking a dependable Machine Operator II to operate production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for monitoring equipment performance, maintaining production quality and efficiency, following established procedures, and ensuring products meet quality and safety standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to documented procedures and work instructions.
- Ensure production equipment functions properly and meets quality and quantity requirements.
- Identify equipment issues and communicate symptoms of equipment failures to maintenance technicians.
- Assist with preventative maintenance (PM) activities by following established procedures.
- Support material handling activities as needed.
- Maintain proper segregation and identification of materials, lot numbers, and receiving numbers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Work Instructions.
- Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), FDA regulations, ISO requirements, and Quality System Regulations.
- Complete data entry related to production lot records and quality control documentation.
- Collect in-process production samples for testing when required.
- Perform additional manufacturing and Machine Operator I responsibilities as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1–2 years of previous manufacturing or machine operator experience.
