Client Development Representative

Overview

If you enjoy getting to know people and helping them make a smart decision, this role will suit you. As a Client Development Representative, you'll talk with business owners about how they take payments and handle orders, show them a setup that saves money and runs smoother, and bring them on as new clients.

You'll start with full training before your first conversation, a step-by-step process to follow, and a team that's there whenever a question comes up. Owners are usually glad to hear about real savings, so the conversations open easily. This is a full-time position, and pay is performance based, so what you earn grows with the clients you bring on, with bonuses for strong months.

What You'll Do

• Open conversations with business owners and build trust quickly
• Learn how their business runs and what their current setup costs them
• Recommend a payment and point-of-sale option that fits the way they work
• Answer questions, work through concerns and close the sale
• Guide each new client through setup so they start off right
• Keep your pipeline, notes and follow-ups current in the CRM
