The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing, packaging, and product labeling within a regulated environment and a proven ability to set up and operate production equipment, follow SOPs, and meet quality objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain material and supply levels to support production.
- Set up and operate automatic or semi-automatic equipment per standard operating procedures.
- Process materials and package kits according to documented instructions.
- Inspect products and components for completeness, accuracy, legibility, and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and housekeeping standards in the packaging area.
- Participate in troubleshooting and problem solving for packaging processes.
- Complete and verify accuracy of process orders, documentation, records, and metrics.
- Prepare work centers for line clearance and perform routine cleaning per SOPs.
- Interface with internal customers and provide area support as assigned.
- Train others in the department as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalency.
- Ability to read and speak English and follow computer-based instructions.
- Basic math skills and ability to perform fundamental calculations.
- Basic computer skills with competency in standard software packages.
- Ability to work in a team environment and in a fast-paced setting.
