Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years Aggregate Mining and related Raw Materials Plant Production experience
- Computer proficiency required
- SAP experience would be a plus
- Must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Personal Protection Equipment (PPE)
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership to plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control the mining of raw materials and production
- Ensure proper staffing and monitoring of the inventory status
- Analyze and monitor production efficiency/productivity
- Develop mining and production strategies to raise productivity levels
- Manage performances of subordinate personnel and hold them accountable
