We are seeking a Customer Service / Logistics Coordinator to support daily customer service and transportation operations. This role serves as a key contact for customers, vendors, and carriers, ensuring orders are processed accurately and shipments are coordinated efficiently. Temp to hire, Located in Hayward, CA M-F 8am-4:30pm Offering $23-25/hr.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders and shipments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, carriers, and vendors.
- Coordinate transportation and logistics activities.
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Prepare reports and support operational data tracking.
- Assist with carrier onboarding, vendor management, and procurement activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transportation, or administrative support.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
- Experience working with carriers, vendors, dispatch, or supply chain operations is preferred.
