Shift & Schedule: Night Shift | Primarily 10:00 PM–6:00 AM | 8-Hour Shifts | Variable Shifts as Needed
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours / Week

Pay Rate
Local: $37–$39/hr
Traveler: $40–$42/hr

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, flexibility with scheduling, and the ability to support daily resident care.
Responsibilities
Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.
Monitor residents' health conditions and report changes to the appropriate healthcare provider.
Perform nursing assessments and document residents' conditions.
Coordinate resident care with Certified Nursing Assistants and other healthcare team members.
Assist with care planning and implementation.
Provide wound care and other nursing interventions as assigned.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity.
Follow infection-control standards and established policies.
Required Qualifications
Active Licensed Practical Nurse license required.
Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.
Must have reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work variable shifts as needed.
Availability to work every other weekend and holiday.
Willingness to pick up additional shifts based on facility needs.
Minimal or no requested time off preferred.
Candidates available to start within two weeks are preferred.
