About the Role

You'll support attorneys on property insurance and personal injury files, both in litigation and pre-suit, keeping calendars accurate and clients informed.

What You'll Do

• Docket court orders and notices daily
• Keep calendars current when dates move or cases settle
• Prepare and e-file pleadings, motions and notices in state and federal court
• Organize discovery and assemble productions and exhibit sets
• Give clients regular case updates by phone and email
• Draft routine letters and follow up on document requests

What We're Looking For

• Law office or legal administrative experience
• Civil litigation support experience
• Strong Outlook skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to complete a short skills assessment

Helpful Experience

• Legal case management software experience

Work Environment

A Monday–Friday day schedule, in person in downtown Lexington. Benefits include a 401(k) match, health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off and professional development.

Compensation

$46,000–$57,000 per year.
