Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our client's warehouse in Fairfield, NJ. This individual will be responsible for receiving, processing, organizing, and shipping inventory while ensuring all equipment is accurately tracked through company systems.
The Warehouse Associate will work closely with the Business Operations team to coordinate time-sensitive equipment movements, maintain an organized and safe warehouse environment, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities
- Receive and process incoming demo and loan equipment, determining the appropriate return location.
- Receive repair equipment by reviewing serial numbers and associated tickets and routing equipment to the appropriate engineering staff.
- Process customer trade-ins by unpacking equipment, verifying serial numbers, confirming ownership, and checking equipment for completeness.
- Receive shipments from international locations and ensure equipment is placed in the correct warehouse or department location.
- Assist with daily FedEx, UPS, and freight/forwarder deliveries.
- Coordinate deliveries to NJ and LA offices with freight forwarders.
- Pack and label repair and support shipments daily.
- Package faulty parts for return.
- Assist with international shipments, including providing photos and additional shipment details when required.
- Recycle materials according to company procedures.
- Break down boxes and packing materials while identifying materials that can be reused.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of shipping and packing supplies.
- Ensure all inventory is stored in the correct location.
- Assist with the annual inventory audit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience working in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation for this position is $24–$26/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on factors including skills, experience, and education.
