What You’ll Do:
Participate in paidleadership training and mentorship programs
Coordinate and managefundraising, marketing, and outreach events
Supervise on-site event activities and maintain relationships with community partners
Supportrecruitment, training, and mentoringof new team members
Track and analyze campaign performance to improve outreach results
Represent nonprofit and client partners with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity
Who We’re Looking For:
Ambitious, motivated, and ready to learnno previous management experience required
Strongcommunication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-paced environments
