Customer Service Representative

Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a Customer Service Representative for a well-established company located in South Austin, TX 78744. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, has strong communication skills, and takes pride in providing an excellent customer experience.

As a Customer Service Representative, youll be responsible for assisting customers with order status inquiries, shipment tracking, delivery updates, and general questions through phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling customer concerns while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude.

As a Customer Service Representative, youll be responsible for:

• Handling incoming customer calls regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery updates
• Responding to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat
• Researching and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Providing accurate information regarding orders, shipments, and deliveries
• Following up on outstanding customer concerns to ensure resolution
• Maintaining clear, professional, and positive communication with customers
• Managing multiple customer inquiries while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Providing an excellent customer experience with every interaction
• Performing other customer service-related duties as assigned

What youll need:

• Must have 35 years of customer service experience
• Experience providing support through phone, email, and live chat
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Professional demeanor and comfortable working in a client-facing role
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to remain organized and manage multiple priorities
• Stable employment history with good job tenure
• A dependable, professional, and customer-focused attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively and handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism

Interview Process:

Candidates will complete a written communication assessment and a scenario-based common-sense assessment during their interview with Amplifier.

Interviews will be conducted by two HR team members, with one focusing on the candidate's overall fit and personality and the other evaluating customer service skills and assessment results.

Dress Code: Business casual attire is required.
