We are seeking a highly qualified RN Educator to join our team and play a vital role in promoting individual development, competency, and delivery of high-quality clinical services.

Location: Utica, NY

Pay Range: $95,000- $105,000

About the Role:

As an RN Educator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing evidence-based quality education programs and activities to promote individual development, competency, and delivery of high-quality clinical services. You will collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement evidence-based quality education programs and activities to promote individual development, competency, and delivery of high-quality clinical services
• Collaborate with management, staff, and external partners to assess, integrate, and evaluate educational needs and resources
• Develop, review, and update training manuals, policies/procedures, related job aids, and clinical pathways
• Educate staff in clinical policies, criteria, and procedures
• Provide an overview of departmental functions, responsibilities, and relationships with other departments
• Conduct new staff orientation, review of care management, intake, and utilization management activities and documentation
• Plan, develop, evaluate, and implement educational programs and training activities based on assessed learning needs
• Provide consultation and education via orientation and Train the Trainer programs to strategic partners
• Conduct quality review audits of clinical teams and strategic partners to ensure company protocols and standards are met

Requirements:

• NY State RN License
• Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or related field
