Production Operator

Location: Ames, IA (On-site) | Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $18–$19/hour (based on experience) | Schedule: Mon–Fri, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM

Ready to get hands-on in manufacturing? We’re hiring a dependable Production Operator to run equipment, mix materials, move product, and keep production moving safely and efficiently.

• Operate mixing/blending and production equipment
• Measure and add ingredients to batches (follow work instructions)
• Move materials and finished product (forklift training available)
• Complete basic production paperwork and quality checks
• Keep your work area clean and safe; follow PPE and safety rules

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic math/measuring skills and ability to follow instructions
• Manufacturing experience is a plus (not required)
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus
• Must have reliable transportation

• This is a physical, hands-on jobyou will get dirty
• Uniforms provided + showers available onsite
• Overtime available/required during busy season (Jan–June)

Finish the busy season and earn an extra $2.00/hour for every hour worked between January and June.
