Quality Sorter
Warren, MI
Co. is a metal stamping manufacturer
Hours: Monday - Friday 7am to 3pm (Occasional Saturday when workload requires it)
Shift includes 30 minute lunch break.
Pay: 17/hr
We are seeking a Quality Control Sorter to support our client. This role focuses on visual inspection, sorting, and completing quality documentation to ensure products meet required standards.
Key Responsibilities
Product Inspection Perform visual sorting and quality checks to identify defects and ensure product meets standards.
Machine Operation Set up and run basic visionsorting equipment following work instructions.
Documentation Complete inspection sheets and quality forms accurately and on time.
Safety & Compliance Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Continuous Improvement Support production with problemsolving and improvement activities.
Housekeeping Keep machines, equipment, and surrounding areas clean throughout the shift.
Must Haves
Strong attention to detail for repetitive visual inspections.
Ability to learn and operate basic sorting equipment.
Accurately complete documentation and maintain clear, organized records.
Reliable attendance and ability to work the full shift.
Must commitment to safety and maintaining a clean work area.
