Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $19- $19/ hour*

What you'll be doing as a Plastic Machine Operator:

• Set up and operate molding equipment to produce high-quality PVC plastic parts
• Review work orders, production instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate production
• Monitor machine operations and make approved adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and customer specifications
• Identify and report equipment issues, product defects, or production concerns
• Assist with the development and testing of new products and prototypes as needed
• Minimize material waste and support efficient production processes
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Work collaboratively with team members and provide support to other departments as needed

Available shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), 3rd Shift (Night)

Job requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
• Previous machine operation, plastics manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Ability to follow work instructions, production specifications, and established safety procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment setup and operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
• Ability to repeatedly lift and handle materials weighing 25 pounds or more
• Ability to safely assist with handling 55-gallon material drums using appropriate equipment and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a production team
• Willingness to learn new processes and assist with changing production needs
