**Pay: $21.00+/Hour **

Location: Apple Creek, Ohio

Shifts:

2nd shift= 3:00pm-11:00pm

3rd shift= 11:00pm-7:00am

• Operate CNC lathes, grinders, spline rollers, and manufacturing equipment.

• Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Load and unload parts throughout the production process.

• Inspect parts for defects and verify specifications.

• Monitor machine performance and identify malfunctions.

• Make machine adjustments to maintain tolerances.

• Complete production paperwork and data entry.

• Change tools as needed and maintain a clean work area.

• Support continuous production goals and quality expectations.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

• Manufacturing, machine operation, CNC, or production experience is helpful but not required.

• Ability to read work instructions and safety documents.

• Basic math skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable using manufacturing software and completing production documentation.

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

• Frequent use of hands and arms throughout the shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.

• Comfortable working around moving mechanical equipment in a manufacturing environment.
