Logistics Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics CoordinatorLocation: Lewisville, TexasType: Contract To HireCompensation: $21.50 per hourWork Model: OnsiteHours: 6:00am – 2:30pm, on occasion 7:00am – 3:30pm (Works occasional Saturday, especially at end of month); 43 hours avg per week

We're seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support shipping and receiving operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role combines administrative support, inventory coordination, customer communication, and SAP data entry to ensure timely and accurate warehouse operations.Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities
• Enter and maintain data in SAP and warehouse systems
• Prepare shipping and receiving documentation
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and internal teams
• Track shipments, inventory discrepancies, shortages, and damages
• Support inventory control and warehouse operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime and occasional Saturdays
• Forklift experience or willingness to be trained preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, push, pull, and climb throughout the shift
