Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, motivated, and customer-focused individuals to join our expanding team as Telecommunications Sales Associates.

In this role, you will represent telecommunications products and services, engage directly with potential customers, explain available service options, and support customer acquisition initiatives throughout Arizona.

This position is ideal for individuals looking to develop valuable experience in sales, customer service, account management, and business development.

No previous telecommunications or sales experience is required. Comprehensive training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent telecommunications products and services through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Engage with prospective customers in retail environments, promotional events, and designated market locations.
• Educate customers on available internet, connectivity, and telecommunications solutions.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service packages.
• Assist customers with service inquiries, enrollment, and account activation processes.
• Build positive relationships while delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve individual and team sales goals.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow established sales procedures.
• Participate in daily training, professional development, and team meetings.
• Support customer acquisition efforts and new market expansion initiatives throughout Arizona.
