Order Fulfillment Material Handler (RF Scanning)

• Pay: $16–$20 per hour (based on level and shift)
• Shifts: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:45 p.m. or 8:00 a.m.–4:45 p.m.
• Location: Olive Branch, MS

You start with a quick safety huddle, then grab your RF scanner. Orders flow in, and you move with purposepicking, packing, and staging shipments with precision. Throughout the day, you receive, sort, and slot inventory to the right locations, double-checking quantities and condition. You complete pre- and post-use checks on your equipment, monitor battery levels, and keep your work area tidy. If something looks offproduct damage, inventory discrepancies, equipment concernsyou raise it promptly. Along the way, you spot small process tweaks that make the line even smootherand you share them.

• Execute RF scanner-driven picking, packing, and shipping workflows
• Receive, sort, and organize stock in designated warehouse locations
• Inspect items for damage, variances, and quality issues
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and shipment preparation
• Report inventory and quality concerns without delay
• Operate equipment: RF scan guns, electric pallet jacks (certification required), forklifts (certification required), and reach trucks (certification required)
• Complete pre- and post-use inspections; verify safety features and battery status
• Follow all safety protocols, SOPs, and company guidelines; keep the work area clean and organized
• Report unsafe conditions, incidents, or equipment malfunctions
• Troubleshoot common warehouse issues and suggest workflow improvements
• Support cross-functional tasks and special projects as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1+ year in a warehouse or distribution setting
• Hands-on experience with RF scan guns and pick/pack/ship operations
• Electric pallet jack operation; forklift and reach truck experience/certification preferred
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Works independently with minimal supervision
• Comfort with basic math and computer/data entry
• Clear communicator and collaborative teammate

• Lift up to 60 lbs.
