Distribution Associate

Job Details:

• Job Title: Distribution Associate
• Location: 130 Four Oaks Parkway, Four Oaks, NC 27524
• Contract Duration: 12 Months
• Pay Rate: $17/hr on W2
• Shift: 1st Shift
• Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• Standard Hours: 40 hours per week
• Work Arrangement: Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders by scanning barcodes, picking cases, and labeling boxes.
• Retrieve, scan, and palletize completed orders for shipment.
• Use RF scanners to process orders and update distribution records.
• Verify order accuracy and ensure proper shipment packaging.
• Scan completed pallets, operate shrink-wrapping equipment, and assist with dock manifest duties.
• Support other warehouse functions as needed to maintain smooth distribution operations.

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• At least 1 year of relevant warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Previous experience operating a pallet jack is required.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment, including electric pallet jacks.
• Experience with RF scanners and basic computer operations.
• Ability to read and interpret distribution documents and perform basic math calculations.
• Good organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs in certain warehouse areas.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Must complete a 10-panel drug screening within 48 hours of offer acceptance.
