SAP FICO Lead

Location: King of Prussia, PA
Work Mode: Remote (Travel to client location may be required)

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to drive a large-scale global SAP Finance transformation and rollout program. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), along with proven experience leading end-to-end implementations, global rollouts, and support engagements.

The candidate will be responsible for leading SAP FICO workstreams, managing client stakeholders, driving solution design, and ensuring successful delivery across multiple business units and geographies.

• Lead SAP FICO workstreams across implementation, global rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

• Gather, analyze, and translate business finance and controlling requirements into SAP solutions.

• Design, configure, and implement SAP FI and CO functionalities.

• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, deployment, and hypercare.

• Lead business workshops and solution discussions with finance stakeholders.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including MM, SD, PP, Treasury, Tax, and FSCM.

• Drive issue resolution, defect management, and system stabilization.

• Manage global template design, governance, and multi-country deployment activities.

• Provide technical and functional guidance to SAP FICO consultants and offshore teams.

• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and governance requirements are met.

• Support business adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end finance and controlling processes.

• Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA environments.

• 10+ years of SAP FICO consulting experience.

• 3–5 full-cycle SAP implementation projects.

• Strong experience leading SAP FICO implementation and global rollout programs.

• Proven experience managing multi-country deployments and global finance transformation initiatives.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP FI and CO modules.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations.

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to lead client-facing engagements and coordinate onsite/offshore delivery teams.

• SAP S/4HANA Finance certification.

• Experience with FSCM, Treasury, Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Advanced Financial Closing.

• Industry experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, or Consumer Goods.

• Experience managing global delivery models and offshore teams.

• Strong understanding of finance process standardization and global template governance.
