We're looking for someone who can turn conversations into clients, build trust, and confidently guide prospective customers through our services.

What You'll Do

• Connect with individuals facing IRS and state tax issues.
• Build rapport, identify client needs, and explain our tax resolution services.
• Present solutions and confidently close sales.
• Follow up with prospective clients to convert opportunities into paying customers.
• Maintain accurate client information and sales activity in our CRM.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Important Position Details

Location: Lothamer Tax Resolution – Lansing, Michigan

Work Arrangement: 100% IN-PERSON. This is an office-based position at our Lansing location. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available.
